Highlights of the Month - May, June & July 2020
By Carmen, 1 August 2020
Hello Everyone,
It’s been a fairly relaxed few months. I did a little bit of reading and reviewing in May, a little bit of leisure reading in June; but didn’t post any reviews, then some reading and reviewing in July.
I’ve cut back a fair amount on my reading – which is why I’m wrapping up three months instead of one. Depending on how reading goes in the future, and for the time being, I’m probably going to be wrapping up two or three months at a time, depending on how my reading goes on any given month.
Now that we’ve gotten that out the way, here are the books that I enjoyed the most over these three months:
- A Feast for Crows by George R. R. Martin
- Waiting for Wednesday by Nicci French
I’m not sure how the month of August is going to go, but I’ll probably end up reviewing perhaps two or three books.
Last Word:
I haven’t got much planned in terms of reading for August, and will still be concentrating on other things. I’m considering taking a short break from review reading for a bit, though I will still be doing leisure reading. I’ll probably make a final decision closer to the end of August – and if I do decide to take this break, I will be announcing it on the blog.
Hope you had a great month of reading,
Chat Soon,
Carmen
