Highlights of the Month - August 2018

Now, onto the bookish post…
The month of August has been a bit of a busy one for me, especially since I’ve been sick. But overall, I’ve managed to read ten books this month – can you believe it?!
If I had to choose a favourite book for the month of August, it would be:
- The Bone Collector by Jeffrey Deaver
I unfortunately haven’t been able to do a review of this book yet – but good news; I will be doing a review of this book on my new website – most likely at some stage next week if everything goes to plan.
Monthly Reading Goals:
Since I’m not sure how busy I’m going to be for the month of September, I will most likely keep things simple for this month, so having said that, here is SEPTEMBER’S reading goals:
Read either:
- A Romance Novel
OR
- A Chick Lit Novel
I’m in the mood for a good romance again; so if you have any suggestions anything along the lines of Danielle Steel or Nicholas Sparks, be sure to leave a comment on any of the relevant channels.
Last Word:
It feels as if I’ve jumped straight into September; and I think it will be slightly busy for the next two weeks; I’m hoping after that that it will settle down for a little bit. I’ve also got a bit of leisure reading lined up as well; so I’m hoping for a good month of reading.
Monthly Freebie:
This will be available in October again – with the website not quite at minimal operating level yet; I’m leaving this section alone for the month of September.
